Delivery Policy

A buyer may visit Tangerinemarketing.com and opt to order the product now. If the visitor decides that they would like to buy a product at Tangerinemarketing.com, they would visit the site and click the ‘Order book online now’ button.

The buyer is then prompted with one option. The buyer can purchase the product instantly with a credit card.

The buyer will enter a credit card number to make their purchase. When the user selects this option they will be taken to a screen that prompts them for credit card purchasing information.

After the form is filled out, the user submits their order. Within a matter of seconds a response page will be displayed. This page will tell the buyer whether the transaction was approved or declined. If the charge was declined, the buyer does not receive any email and the transaction ends. If they like, they can click back in the browser and enter a different card number. If the transaction was approved, the buyer will receive a receipt via email from the card processor. This receipt contains the amount that was charged to the card; Tangerine Marketing contact information; support contact information and other details about the transaction.

Tangerine Marketing terms and conditions

Once an order has been received Tangerine will dispatch your order within 24 hours during weekdays. No dispatching is done over weekend and public holidays. Once an order has been dispatched NO refunds will be processed. All dispatched orders will be confirmed via email.

Tangerine guarantees a delivery and should this delivery not take place a replacement shipment will be sent. All order are insured. A replacement shipment will only be send once non-delivered conformation has been communicated to us by the post office in the country that the parcel was dispatched to.

All items dispatching by Tangerine will be sent to the address provided with the order and no liability will be accepted by Tangerine for incorrect shipping information. Should Tangerine incorrectly address your shipment we will replace your order.

Delivery of all orders by Tangerine will take between 8 – 12 working days to be delivered world wide. Should your shipment not be with you within two weeks please email sales@tangerinemarketing.com to advise us so we could follow up with the relevant shipping companies. Communication of rectification will be communicated as soon as all the relevant details are received .

All payments are made in South African RAND via our secure virtual terminal.
